- Anonymous by default.
- Browsers see Candidate #42, not a name. Contact details are granted per request, and a denial is final.
- Pay is mandatory.
- Every job carries a range and a currency — hourly, monthly or yearly. No “competitive salary”.
- One true category.
- Full-time, part-time, contract, freelance or internship — checked against the description on every edit, so full-time never leaks into a part-time search.
- Reviewed before published.
- Every posting is paid for and passes an automatic review before it goes live. Spam never reaches the list.
- Skills, compared plainly.
- Publishers see each applicant's matched and missing skills against the posting. A set overlap, not a mystery score.
- No social layer.
- No feed, no endorsements, no streaks. Come in, do the thing, leave.

Post a job in one sitting
Verify with any company email you can read — a six-digit code, no domain gymnastics. Colleagues who register the same company name join it as fellow reps.
Write the posting in plain words. The employment category and required skills are read from your description, and every later edit is re-checked, so the category always matches what the text actually says.
Every posting carries a pay range in your currency — hourly, monthly or yearly. No range, no posting.
Publishing is a one-time fee and an automatic review. Applicants arrive with their skills laid against yours: matched and missing, nothing more.
